How polymer recycling works

From discarded plastic to reusable materials.

Every discarded bottle, wire and circuit board is a beginning. Our first line of business is a controlled, traceable flow from post-consumer scrap to clean, reusable material.

    Collect

    Post-consumer and industrial scrap sourced through collectors, aggregators and partners.

  2. 02

    Sort & grade

    Hand and machine sorting by polymer type, colour and contamination level.

  3. 03

    Wash & label-strip

    Removal of caps, labels, glue and dirt through hot and cold washing.

  4. 04

    Shred & flake

    Granulation into uniform flakes, then separation and drying.

  5. 05

    Extrude & pelletise

    Melt filtration and pelletising into polymer granules for re-manufacture.

  6. 06

    Test & ship

    Quality checks and documentation before dispatch to the buyer.

PET

PET Bottle Scrap

Baled post-consumer bottles, sorted by colour — clear, light blue and mixed.

  • Form: baled / loose

  • Use: flake production
PET

PET Flakes (Cold-washed)

Ground and rinsed bottle flakes, label and cap separated.

  • Form: flakes ~8–12 mm
  • Colour: clear / blue / mixed

PET Hot-washed Flakes

Caustic hot-washed, glue-free flakes for demanding applications.

Washed and ground rigid containers — drums, crates, bottles.
